‘So…why do many people still come a cropper in this business?’
The answer is simply that many people think that this industry is simple
– even if you don’t know anything about it to begin with!
They treat it with too little respect……..
Crazy, I know – but that’s how it is!
Maybe they want to do things on the cheap, and therefore won’t
invest in some expert tuition and guidance? Who knows?
For £300 pounds I know that I can ensure that they get off to
the best possible start. I also know that without any guidance, then
they are victims ‘waiting to happen’. They will make mistakes
that cost them far in excess of £300 in their pursuit of success
and riches!

It’s true!
There has been a development in the industry of late, which, in theory,
means that investors can actually buy leads, and sometimes ready made
deals too, from suppliers of below market value leads.
This is perfect for those people who may not want, for whatever reason,
to implement and maintain a lead generating system of their own. Maybe
it ‘isn’t them’ or maybe they are time poor? Whatever…the
lead buying concept, on the face of it, is very attractive.
What’s the catch then?
Yes, there’s always a catch isn’t there?
Well, quite simply. In my experience, many of these lead providers
are being rather economical with the truth on the facts that they submit
regarding the lead on sale prior to it being purchased.
It’s in their interests to present the lead in the best possible
light isn’t it?
The leads are bought on trust!......................
The way it all works is that the leads are bought on trust.
The leads, can sell at up to £100 each.
They are, basically, details of interested parties who have responded,
usually online, to advertising from the lead seller. In my experience,
the enquirer usually leaves their details online with numerous other
similar companies – meaning lots of other investors will ultimately
be chasing this opportunity.
There are no guarantees of success. Indeed usually there are no guarantees
that the stated information supplied is even 100% accurate.
The buyer is a bit like a gambler who backs horses – they are
taking an educated guess on the outcome of their selection!
Not all leads sold are like this – indeed there are people who
have made money. In my experience, it is the professional and savvy
established operators who manage this.
Why?
Well I think you can work that one out!
They have a trained eye for these things and can read between the lines
– thus reducing their risks….and making money…consistently
They stay away from the leads that are obviously ‘border line’
ones

This shouldn’t really surprise anyone should it?
So, whilst some people actually make lead buying work over the long
term, many inexperienced buyers of these leads do not.
They get demoralised because they keep on failing…and therefore
losing money
The similarities with those of a gambler ‘chasing their losses’
is very similar, and a painful, one!
Why should this be so, and how can I stop it happening to me?
As you’ve probably worked out by now, it’s simply because
those who are experienced and prepared have a far, far better chance
of success than those who just drift into This business and think that
success will come automatically – if they buy leads in!
